A good case that 'does what it says it on the tin'! Functional, stylish and above all keeps the phone safe and secure.
An excellent case but with a couple of flaws

The phone fits in the case beautifully, and it looks fantastic too.
When the case is open, the clamps are almost invisible, and that's because the very sturdy and strong side black plastic clamps look as part of the phone and not the case and holds the phone quite firmly.
The leather finish is fantastic, I think it makes the phone look smart. The quality of leather is excellent too.
Despite the excellence of this case, there are 3 flaws:-
1. There are no cutouts for the headphone & Charger sockets, when the case is closed. The holes would be more practical.
2. As the buttons on the phone are raised, it is very easy to answer the phone OR even switching ON the phone, by pressing any of the keys on the phone, unknowingly. When the case is closed, it is easy (but not very easy) to put pressure around the buttons area, and switch on the phone, OR even answer the phone. A hard plactic over the buttons would prevent this.
3. The covered layer on the inside of the case could be slightly thicker. The reason is that the magnet part button on the inside of case, seems to be touching the screen. And it would be just a matter of time, when enough accidental pressure is applied, that the screen is going to be damaaged, beating the object really.

Apart from that, it is one of the best quality cases I've ever had.

You can not have this case closed and use headphones at the same time!
(and the sylus pen is v poor quality)

UPDATE: 4 weeeks of use - Taking the phone out of its case and plastic frame does not suit this phone case. The plastic frame has cracked in places and bits have fallen off! Its still works...just!


Budget case at a budget price. HD2 fits very nicely into case, it has a sturdy enough plastic frame. It looks ok. Magnetic buckle works well. The flip front feels like tough cardboard covered in the plastic leather like finish. I'm happy enough that it will protect the phone from scratches etc.

The problem; the plastic clamp is very sturdy. so sturdy is difficult to get the phone out of the case if access is needed for the SIM/ or SD card or Soft reset. You have to push the phone from the back whilst stretching the plastic frame.

The stylus - its not used as its not very responsive!

I will use it untill i find a better case overall that fits my needs.

good strudy case protects screen well only draw back is that when you are using it it feels a bit like beam me up scottie with the case folding down
